Document Checklist

The following documents are required at the time of document verification at the Facilitation Centre (FC) / ARC and final admission. Please ensure all documents are original with self-attested photocopies.

Mandatory Documents

Required for ALL applicants without exception

MHT-CET or JEE Main Scorecard

Valid entrance exam score card with percentile/marks

CAP Allotment Letter

Seat allotment letter from DTE Maharashtra CAP round

FC/ARC Acknowledgement Receipt

Receipt from Facilitation Centre document verification

SSC (Class X) Mark Sheet

10th standard board examination mark sheet

HSC (Class XII) Mark Sheet

12th standard board examination mark sheet with PCM

College Leaving Certificate

LC from last attended school / college

Domicile Certificate / Birth Certificate

Proof of Maharashtra domicile or birth certificate

Nationality Certificate

Indian nationality proof / citizenship certificate

Aadhaar Card

12-digit unique identity card issued by UIDAI

Category-Specific & Other Documents

Submit whichever are applicable to your category

Caste Certificate

SC / ST / VJ / NT / OBC / SBC — issued by competent authority

Caste / Tribe Validity Certificate

Validity certificate from Caste Scrutiny Committee

Non-Creamy Layer Certificate

For VJ / NT / OBC / SBC — valid up to 31st March 2026

Income Certificate

For scholarship / EWS category applicants

Gap Certificate (Affidavit)

Notarized affidavit if there is a gap year after HSC

Migration Certificate

Required if migrating from a board outside Maharashtra

Physical Fitness Certificate

Issued by a registered medical practitioner

Anti-Ragging Undertaking

Signed undertaking by student and parent / guardian

Important Notes

  • Carry originals + 3 self-attested photocopies of every document.
  • Non-Creamy Layer Certificate must be valid up to 31st March 2026.
  • Documents must be in English or Marathi; translations required otherwise.
  • Admission may be cancelled if any document is found incorrect/forged.
